Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and are dispatched within 14 business days currently (excludes weekends and public holidays) and you will be provided with your tracking details via email or SMS. We try our best to be well and truly before these days.

Please note: The express post shipping option is simply the upgraded shipping rate through Australia Post, meaning once in the hands of Australia post it will arrive express usually within 1-2 business days over regular parcel post which can take longer. Express shipping does not mean express order fulfillment.

We offer tracked International shipping at $20 flat rate. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information.
Pink Nade cannot take responsibility for any lost or return to sender packages due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect from your local post office.

If a customer would like their package re-sent we will require a postage payment to be made so this can be re-sent. If not, store credit for the purchased item(s) will be issued.
